• Content metadata — video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and associated upload data.
• Usage and technical data — view events, device type, IP address, browser information, and activity logs used to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Zidividz platform.
• Process payments, subscription billing, and creator payouts via PayPal's Payouts API.
• Verify your PayPal account identity before sending payouts (using your PayPal Payer ID and verified email obtained via PayPal OAuth).

Zidividz is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the platform with parental or guardian consent. Payouts for users under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to connect their PayPal account, in compliance with PayPal's age requirements.
