Cancel your Creator subscription

Creator subscriptions are managed through PayPal. Cancel from PayPal to stop future renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

When a subscription lapses

Your videos are not deleted

When a paid plan lapses, your base slot limit drops to Free with 40 slots. Videos over the limit are not deleted, but uploads are frozen until your active videos fit within your slot allowance.

Delete your account

Contact support to request account deletion. Some records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, payment records, moderation history, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Privacy

  • Zidividz uses JWT sessions for logged-in access.
  • The platform does not use third-party tracking for public documentation pages.
  • Account data is used for authentication, platform operation, payments, moderation, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
